Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

If eligible, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
